Photo of the Day - Like father like son...

Darby Law Group, P.A.

Looks like for Tuesday I will be using another photo that I didn't take for the photo of the day but this definitely is worth mention. As many of you may already know, just over a month ago I joined my father's law practice. I am proud to say that as of this writing we have both survived and as far as I know I am still employed! I have had a great time working with him and have already learned so much but it is only a drop in the bucket compared to what I will need to learn to be even half the attorney he is. Just like in our father/son golf tournaments and other activities he has been a great partner and always someone I know I can lean on. I can honestly say that I have had a great time and I am eagerly looking forward to the future as a member of the Darby Law Group, P.A.

This photo was taken by a great photographer and friend Danny Cruz . Danny is a Lakeland area photographer who specializes in wedding photography and I know for a fact he is one of the best since he shot our wedding! Be sure to click on his name and check out his web page! When we were planning on creating a web page and needed portraits, I knew just who to call. Just like the Darby Law Group, Danny Cruz Photography is also a father and son team since Danny's son Brandon (also an outstanding photographer) work together. They too are a great team!

Now that we have new business cards, a logo, a great new name, and some professional portraits, we need some content for that web page - looks like I need to get back to work! In other work related news I have my first solo guardianship hearing tomorrow morning so fingers crossed I survive that! If the photo of the day is late tomorrow don't blame me, blame the judge holding me in contempt! ;-)

Thanks for stopping by for the photo of the day and putting up with my ugly mug as the subject this time around. Be sure to stop in tomorrow when we are back to our regularly scheduled programming that involves me being BEHIND the camera! See you tomorrow!

I'm glad the "playoff beard" wasn't in effect for this portrait. Looks great!
