Yesterday was a great day! As I mentioned in an earlier post we had to go back to the doctor for another ultrasound. Although we were concerned we were greeted with great news and got to see his face one more time before the due date. Even though Britt measured a little low on the outside, everything going on with the baby inside measured just right and weighs about 4.5 lbs right now and we are on track for him to be around 7.5 lbs if he holds off until the due date. I usually don't like posting photos that I don't take but this is one exception since I don't quite have the gear necessary for this kind of photography.
Last time we went in for a 4D ultrasound he was less than cooperative and kept his hands and forearms over his face for most of the ultrasound. We did manage to get a few shots the first time but the technician said if the doctor ordered another ultrasound she would give it another shot for us. We definitely reminded her of what she promised when we walked in and she was more than willing to help us get one more glimpse of his face. This time he was head over heels to see us - literally. Last time he was covering his face with his forearms and hands, this time, his feet. If you look closely to the right side of his face you can see one of his feet. Can't help but laugh as it looks like he is about as cooperative as his dad when people are trying to push him around. Looks like we may have our hands full with this one but I absolutely can't wait! Nice seeing you yesterday kid - see you sooner than later!
